FAQ for UAT

Known defects so far:

• search
  • predictive search shows items as duplicate
  • search result page shows more hits as there really is in the images (spare parts 4, but items in the listings shows 2)
• back button in shop by brand throws user out from the section in webshop
• performance issues
  • shop by brands when navigating in exploded view
  • when adding items cart in Shop by brand section
  • when trying a batch order import with several items and orderliness the batch order might not go through successfully
• complete purchase takes long time and process could end up in a “page could not be loaded page"
  • order is still created and user will receive the confirmation email
  • order is sent to SAP
  • order is shown in order history
